Disagree. Humbling home series loss to a decent but not great team.

VT pitching predictable, but VT batters tendencies even more predictable. I counted 11 swings at balls outside the strike zone, and no apparent adjustment in plate approach to lots of change up and off-speed pitching, particularly in game 2. Couple this with defensive mistakes particularly in game three, and GT gets the series win. Humbling. Hope this feeling sticks in their collective minds. Coach Pete has a better team than the one that showed up this weekend, but the blueprint might be out on how to corrall VT's batters. We shall see.

Too much game left at that point, but generally I would agree with you.
