But you don't need a totally new stadium
I have accepted that the chances of that happening is slim and none.
But you could eliminate the "trailer park" feel and appearance by simply closing in the openings, potentially removing the trailers, and covering it with Hokiestone.
I have a good friend who is an experienced architect and his original estimate is $700k to $800k.
I bet we could raise that on TSL if given the go ahead.
