Bree Carrico, Virginia Tech, R-Fr. (Appomattox, Virginia)
*Finished the week 3-0 with 16 strikeouts and held opponents to a .029 average over 11.0 innings pitched.
*Recorded a career-high 10 strikeouts in just 4.0 innings pitched against Longwood, allowing no hits.
*Pitched 6.0 innings in Saturday’s win over NC State, allowing just one hit and striking out six.
