. . . her 'misses' are almost always near the zone. It's the opposite of Mazz who often misses so far out of the zone that they are true 'waste' pitches . . . . it's a waste to throw them. She also can come inside fairly well without hitting batters. Throwing inside effectively adds 2 - 3 mph to a pitch in that it reduces the batters reaction time; they have to start a bit earlier to hit it. Overall, on the pitcher/thrower continuum she's the most effective 'pitcher' we've had since Rochard.
