If I’m a VT softball fan in the Burg or the Nova area, I am going to this, regardless of whether VT ends up having a good shot to win it or not. It won’t be this close to us again til it’s actually in B’Burg. Unless of course WF eventually fields a team. But it might be 2045 before they’d actually get to host at this rate, given the size of the conference. You have to wonder if the tournament will need to rotate out to Cal or Stanford one of these years (obviously they will have new stadiums).
