In this case, if there are more games left in the tournament, then the game that was in delay will be resumed at the same point of the game before the game was delayed. The other games will be played immediately after. Whit Babcock should confer with the ACC commissioner and head of softball to discuss what should be done about all this. This is not right how it was handled. The thing is, the Pinta girl was All-SEC pitcher of the year and even though she wouldn’t have gotten the loss, it looks bad that ACC Virginia Tech swept the Tigers at Auburn. Plus all the statistics will be erased, that’s total BS. Does anybody play by the rules anymore?
