Agree, it wasn't all on the OF's. Their SS relay situation was also . . .
. . . poor. The whole operation (fielding cleanly, making the initial throw, cut-off positions and decisions, subsequent throws) was just messy. The end result is the failure to keep force plays in order resulting in automatic steals of second base and, ultimately, runs scored.
