I am also watching that game. Is not the UCLA pitcher “hopping” and
Throwing illegal pitches? She doesn’t drag her foot. She jumps forward with the right foot in the air. Granted she is not as high in the air as Emma gets, but seems like both her feet are in the air at the same time on a number of her pitches
