Lots of people don’t like that LSU dude but I think he’s awesome
Passionate, cheers on his team, not mean spirited, and friendly with opposing team fans. LSU came to Knoxville this season and got swept but he was still taking pictures with fans, just seems like a positive dude. I forget he’s either a brother or uncle to a former player who graduated like 3-4 years ago, so he’s stuck around and likes the attention.
Now does he get annoying, sure probably but I’m sure some people think Chip is annoying, hey oh lol.
