. . tough to play in BBurg before mid-March. By that time 75% of your OOC has been played. I think VT could, maybe, play 20 at home with a little different scheduling strategy (see Duke the year) but that's likely about the maximum. And yes, it does mitigate against spending for a facility upgrade.
