and would do better not worse. Bottom line is who knows? a long time ago someone came up with this idea of biorythms, I'm going to doubt the science behind it but body's probably constantly correcting for stuff and you have good days and bad days. One of my theories is you really get sick all the time just that most of them are not even noticiable except for that you are dragging that day while your body is fighting off some minor infection. Finally, your body does go into repair mode that is, you knock yourself over a period of time and given a rest you body just shuts down and fixes itself. this is not the day after the exercise but the day after the day after so when you think you should feel better because its been a couple days, well you're just dragging so I kind of wonder if that happens after a weekend series, practice is never quite the same as the stress of a real game.so after a few days you're cycling back up again and the Friday game stimulates the rebound even more. I'll shut up now. I play in tennis leagues and never quite sure why I feel like chrap even after going to bed early and not drinking etc. to paraphrase KoH sports happens.
