Here's the irony of the rain delay

I'm hearing from multiple sources that the teams wanted to start play earlier, but the ACC Network said "no." So now the ACCN has filler for the rain delay. Seems like they could have started play and just delayed the on-air broadcast, but that is probably too logical.
