"On October 13th, Avery FaceTimed the Hokies’ coaching staff and officially accepted their offer to spend her collegiate years on the field with Virginia Tech. “I love the coaches and easily connected with all of them. The campus is beautiful—I love that it’s a big school, but still feels small,” shared the Virginia Tech commit. “The team was very welcoming and made me feel like I belonged there.
