I’m not sure I can buy the talk of 30 team super conferences. I’m not sure I can believe that either of the Big Ten or a SEC go past 18 teams. (for heaven sake‘s, why? At some point it’s counterproductive in terms of competition and money) . We’ve already seen the Big Ten stiff arm Oregon & Washington (waiting on Notre Dame). Most insiders say the SEC only covet Clemson. And perhaps North Carolina which would expand into a new market. Sorry Florida State fans. Hypothetically let’s say Notre Dame does go to the Big Ten, they take Oregon as well? The SEC tries to poach Clemson and North Carolina. Does that create another NEW division of football that we belong in with schools like Georgia Tech, Arizona, Texas Tech, Pittsburgh, Louisville, Miami, Baylor, Virginia NC State, Washington, etc.?
