try to do much of anything with regards to enforcement or establishment of effectively designed rules and regulations is akin to watching a blind person try to exit the room in a doorknob factory.

In the coirts appears ncaa does not have any authority for investigation and enforcement.
I dont get this in my simple mind. Ncaa is basically a non profit organization . Members are invited not have a right. If you are a member and 2 agree with the rules snd agree if the ncaa rules do cite investigstion and full enforcement of the rules is requireemt of all board and the ncaa board has final authority why does it go to court??members can chose to leave

they have some authority which could be strengthened but, they have got what they want. Mark Emmert is useless and just the latest in a recent line of shills and yes men.
