B1G will implement this starting next year. Under this plan some schools play a maximum of three rivals per year. Others play two, one or none. Penn State has no permanent rivals while Iowa has three. Some schools like Carolina and NC State need three permanent rivals. Others do not. Virginia Tech only needs UVA every year. The Hoos need Tech and Carolina only. Cal and Stanford only need each other. No one wants or needs Loserville. ** Edited by Millpoint at 9/22/2023, 5:47:47 AM
