Then cut the pool of bowl ties they can access on a rotating basis

It would have to be a rotating basis so the bowls won’t be able to complain. The rationale is that the ACC FB member schools need to have more options to earn their extra bowl money, now that ND’s bump in gate and ratings is getting spread thinner. Of course, the ACC should be lobbying HARD for some of the former PAC12 bowl slots to augment their portfolio. More teams means more potentially bowl eligible teams.
