Let's say the Big 12 adds the 4 remaining Pac-12 schools...

Does the Big 12 reget adding eastern schools UCF and Cincinnati and even Houston and BYU? They already had the Texas TV market with Texas Tech, TCU and Baylor. They added Utah which is in the same metro area as BYU. BYU still doesn't play on Sundays (unless they changed their no Sundays policy?) which will be a hassle for Big 12 scheduling. If ESPN is in charge of all of this conference realignment, would they mind moving WVU to the ACC without any exit fees or GOR issues? Not as thrilled taking Cincinnati or UCF though. WVU would give the ACC 16 members and give the conference a few more needed football rivalries with WVU-Pitt and WVU-Virginia Tech.
