$3 million more dollars per school isn't going to even begin to close the financial gap between Florida and FSU or between Clemson and USC South. Playing Calford & SMU could also hurt attendance and ticket sales which has been a growing problem for some of the schools in the ACC in recent years. Scheduling could also be an issue when instead of playing Miami in football, your school has to play Cal with a losing record. Instead of playing North Carolina in basketball, your school has to play SMU with a losing record in their small arena. Someone has to play these expansion schools. If the ACC can't expand with desirable schools, then they are making a big mistake taking undesirable schools because they don't have to share conference distributions with them at least initially. I still can't see any of the no votes being flipped to yes votes.
