Tell ND the ACC will add Stanford and Cal if they join too.

If ND is so concerned about their buddies being left out then they have the power to get them included. The ACC would likely agree to add Cal and Stanford if ND agreed to join in full. We know though that ND prizes its independence at the expense of everything and everybody so anything they say is worth squat.

By NCAA rules, they would need to add either 3 or 4 teams by 2024.
