It is no longer how rabid your fans are or your record. Its about viewership translated into value. This we cannot control with such a disparity in population in the coverage area. They have simply 2 million more possibilities of viewership. This is where it is important to look at VT & NC State actual viewership overall, which is a measured commodity. The winner here probably gets the yes vote if it is between the two. it's close folks. It will be a close decision. But it is far, far from a sure thing for VT relative to something that is out of our hands.
