basing that renegotiation on? My understanding is the newest SEC contract goes into effect in 2024, already negotiated with a 10 year term through 2034 and already includes UT/OU. Any future changes will likely come only if the SEC decides to go from 8 to 9 conference games OR if they were to add additional teams through expansion. In the case of adding conference games I think that would increase contract value. In the case of adding teams that MIGHT be more tricky in terms of adding value and amount COULD remain same or decrease. In the case of a decrease the SEC could add conference games as well to obscure the value of the individual components. I think the likelihood of any significant decline is remote.
