Pitt, VT, and Cuse need to be in the same conference as WVU, don't care
which one it is. The B12 was lucky the ACC turned down WVU. They were also lucky Cincy and UCF were available. If the PAC finds a way to stay together, they will be lucky to get UConn as well.
