This confirms that the average of $42M+ was a little exaggerated.
It's hard to believe FSU is 3rd from the bottom in payout in the ACC, and Pitt & Louisville are on top. I realize that the difference is only a few million dollars, but this still probably added to the consternation coming out of Tallahassee.
