For the next 12 years. We are one of only three conferences to have a widely distributed conference TV network. We haven’t even realized the full value of that network until this upcoming year. When the 12-team playoff hits (which we have one auto bid to and possibly at large bids if any of our teams other than Clemson can play like they should) we will receive substantially more money. (I know, the SEC and B1G will get more, but we will get more than $40M as a result. If there is unequal revenue distribution for playoff teams, guess what, VT can profit off that if we can improve our football team. I don’t know that any ACC teams outside Clemson or Florida State can do any better while still holding an easier schedule to get us to a potential playoff bid and that cash.
