I've been saying it for several years. It is the answer to almost all the disputes (and annoyances) in college football. From amount of payout, to inclusion in the CFP, to amount of media attention. I would love a national system in particular, but would love to at least see a group of teams form into tiers so that we can at least have a pilot program.
