The breakaway eight (or 10, whatever) plus eight or ten more from the best of the P10 and B12 would be a very good coast to coast conference, with only FB first brands (unless Amazon/ESPN really want a few BB first members, like Duke or Kansas). Divide up the TV between ESPN and Amazon. Keep the ACCN and expand it into the new states to more than make up for the lost ones. The breakaway threat makes it possible at least, along with the fact that ESPN/ACCN would then get several new big teams in the mix along with all the ACC teams they care about. Plus ND stays with the new group, I would assume.
