Disturbing, if true

I read a on couple of separate boards that The B1G will close their new media deal with just the current 16 known schools. They will then invite Cal, Stanford, Oregon, Washington and take that group to market as a separate package aiming for $250 million ($62.5 each). If that is the new protocol, how many ACC schools could score $100 million and how many score $62.5?

This is subterfuge to keep PAC schools from going to the ACC and that GOR
hokieZ71 07/28/22 06:10 PM ET
Plenty of realignment moves have been leaked in the past.
BBBDatVT 07/28/22 06:18 PM ET
This is what needs to happen in order to get the 8 ACC dissolution votes.
BBBDatVT 07/28/22 05:24 PM ET
You mean 75% of the 14 right, posters below are saying it's 75% which is 10
Stech 07/28/22 06:26 PM ET
I disagree. i think the number is 8.
BBBDatVT 07/28/22 06:33 PM ET
Just telling you a couple of reliable posters said it’s 75% to dissolve ACC
Stech 07/28/22 07:21 PM ET
I don't consider the Greensboro Country Club apologists reliable.

Any litigation over this issue would likely take place in Greensboro.**

MP4VT2004 07/28/22 07:09 PM ET
i think the ACC has less than a year, UNLESS ND and/or ESPN bails them out.
BBBDatVT 07/28/22 06:14 PM ET
No one is going to test the GOR in the next year at a minimum **
133743Hokie 07/28/22 06:37 PM ET
i think the length of the GOR works against it.
BBBDatVT 07/28/22 06:50 PM ET
And how do explain the GOR
Mercury 07/28/22 06:18 PM ET
More like $1B+ over the term of the GOR **
133743Hokie 07/28/22 06:41 PM ET
Easy, the conference dissolves, or at least will be in the process in a yr.
