The weakness of the Power 2 is that it is becoming a cartel. But it has

plenty of dependent programs. Especially in the Big Ten. Eventually, people are going to start wondering why programs like Washington, Oregon, Clemson. and more are being left out when Rutgers and Vandy are rolling in the money.
