A very long media agreement would logically have a competitive revenue clause for periodic look-ins, etc. If ESPN comes back and says, "here are the numbers, we are paying you market value for your conference, your membership and internal revenue distribution formula is your problem". Then we're back to square 1 and the problem we've all realized forever...too much dead weight in the conference. They simplest way out of the GOR is 10 votes. See if members can cut enough OOC scheduling and TV deals (guarantees for appearances on ACCN/SECN/BTN/PACN) with Duke and Wake to get their votes.
