Tiers and NIL rules?
Does the Supreme Court decision on NIL apply to all tiers? Or by having an option for NIL (i.e., if good enough to warrant NIL deal, HS players & transfers can always decide to go to a Tier 1 school) can the Tier 2 schools play by the old school rules (i.e. scholarships and some expense money). If so, I could definitely see a Tier 2 that may even include some of the academically focused schools (& fans) wanting to be in Tier 2.

I think the middle tier joins the G5, so remain with 2 tiers**
