The SEC owns the Texas media markets.

The B1G can add a Texas school but they won't since their ego is as big as the SEC's. Their members don't play second fiddle to anyone. The B1G goes for the same type schools as the SEC, large state universities with huge fan bases. The only difference is the B1G prefers the AAU members schools. I expect a summer filled with speculation and rumors.
