Lots on CNBC on the Business of College Sports and Sports Business today.

Already said the number two media money sport behind the NFL is College Football. I have to admit I knew it was up there, but I was surprised to hear it was number 2 ahead of other professional sports. Bruin Capital talked about it, which is in Massachusetts, which also surprised me because Boston/New England/Massachusetts doesn’t have a highly rated College team, but is loaded in ratings with the Patriots, Celtics, Red Sox and Bruins. ** Edited by Stech at 3/19/2026, 7:22:45 AM
