Conference Penalties 4 leaving, could be struck down, case isn’t dismissed!

I remember we discussed the ramifications here to the ACC if exit penalties are struck down. The PAC is suing the MWC that they shouldn’t pay exit fees for MWC under the Sherman Act of unfair practices. The judge struck the dismissal down, and it goes forward. Can you imagine the impact this would have on the ACC? Schools that have P2 offers would be gone most likely very soon, no waiting to 2030 IMHO.
