The SEC and B1G might get more money in the short run with 8 Automatic Bids, but not in the long run if people protest and turn off the games. Sure put some stronger strength of schedule rules in the selection criteria, in fact create a published selection criteria that could be tweaked every year after the season. However, make it like games, you know how to score points before the game starts!! Why wouldn’t you want to do that SEC and B1G?
