The playoffs currently have 5 auto's for the top 5 conference
champions. If a conference other than the "power 4" receives that bid on a regular basis, and regularly puts multiple bids in the NCAA tournament, at what point are they considered a power conference?
Say the new PAC attracts 4-6 of the remaining top G5's, and they get that bid 5-10 years in a row, would they then be considered a power conference? Natty's of course help, but is that the only measurement?
