As we know here, Phillips created that February, 2025 deadline for ESPN. How legally binding is that 2025 date? I think the 2027 deadline is the one that counts I think the way these lawsuits are dragging along all within the light of that 2027 deadline. The only purpose for those courts may ultimately be.
