Virginia legislature just made it illegal to block university NIL funding

So, can UVa and Tech now use their endowments to go after players? If so, shouldn't we and especially UVa immediately raid FSU and try to get some of their players? That would be a win-win from a State of Virginia and ACC perspective. UVa has a huge endowment and even ours is bigger than FSU's. For UVa this would be awesome, considering FSU took Fentrell Cypress from UVa last year, one of their better players. Payback! ** Edited by Truthahn at 4/19/2024, 12:04:27 PM

Endowments are for education, not Athletics. They won't touch endowment

I am hopeful this will help us both get into a P2, same 1 for other sports
