Bingo, validates the story of UVA and VT paired together
I think its VERY interesting that VT and UVA worked with the Governor and Legislature to make this happen so easy....
My question/ are they preparing for next steps in realignment and they sorta know where???
I wouldn't think this law would be necessary if you remain in the ACC or heading to the Big 12
