Conference TV contracts separating the football side from other sports?

How much are the networks & top conference/college leaders trying to figure out how to separate the conference tv contracts on the football side from the non-revenue sports? Even on The Athletic they were talking about bottom feeder colleges that don't pull their fair share of the revenue they get. The example was Vanderbilt vs Alabama payouts from the SEC tv contract. They asked Swarbrick and he did not want to give examples but acknowledged there were discrepancies there.
