IMO, if the ACC could somehow persuade ND to become football member and

Rescue WV from the Midwest, the ACC could be the next conference behind the $EC & BIG$. ND addition would be no brainer. WV fits within the current ACC footprint and increases tv interest in more games as well. People will tune into WV vs Clemson, GT, Miami, UNC, NCSU, VT, FSU & Pitt far quicker than games between those schools and Duke, WF, BC and Syracuse.
