It's beautiful countryside up there, which is why I have Cuse on

my list. Being in upstate NY, whatever the reason, put's you in a art of the country that most don't even know exists. App State is another, but one only has so much time and resources. My wife has zero interest in my passion for the mountains or college football. I have about a 5 year window until she catches up with me on the "retirement" thing, so WTH, every Fall I will go to a college game every week staring next year. Not the bowls, as I've seem my share of them, but the home stadiums, the home fans, the traditions, the food, and the atmosphere. Some I will probably have to attend by myself, but I'm pretty determined when I set my mind to something.

A test, can you correctly place which schools had which viewership?
HokieAl 05/27/25 04:02 PM ET
Leaving Texas and Oklahoma in the B12 skews it dramatically, correct?**
Stech 05/27/25 04:24 PM ET
Yes, no differently then leaving FSU and Clemson in the ACC. **
Big12 guy 05/28/25 10:05 AM ET
Big difference, Texas & OU are gone, Clemson & Florida State are still in!**
Stech 05/28/25 10:29 AM ET

Big12 guy 05/28/25 11:30 AM ET
Their not taken out because they are still in the Conference, 🍏🍏 is that.
Stech 05/28/25 11:46 AM ET
For comparison purposes, it would be more accurate. **
Big12 guy 05/28/25 11:58 AM ET
Do what u want to do, counting schools no longer in your conference doesn’t
Stech 05/28/25 01:02 PM ET
For a per team basis? - sure. See my link below. **
Big12 guy 05/28/25 01:21 PM ET
Here is an example of a per team view (Kansas example)
HokieAl 05/28/25 01:51 PM ET
Wow losing Texas and Oklahoma was a huge blow to Kansas, VT not playing WVU
Stech 05/28/25 04:39 PM ET
Stech, the numbers you are using are up to 2019. While I will
Big12 guy 05/28/25 05:37 PM ET
Kansas is amazing. let's play each year in football and basketball.**
Stech 05/28/25 10:25 PM ET
I would be up for a home-home series with Kansas in football. It would
VTHokie2000 05/29/25 02:53 PM ET
That, and it would give me an opportunity to finally experience Lane. I
Big12 guy 05/29/25 04:13 PM ET
I hope you have a great time at both games. If I was to do a bucket list
VTHokie2000 05/29/25 04:18 PM ET
My list is long. I will start in the North East next year, and
Big12 guy 05/29/25 04:25 PM ET
I'm not sure how long my list is. I guess I never really thought about it.**
VTHokie2000 05/29/25 04:33 PM ET
Some one asked me which stadiums, and I said all of them. **
Big12 guy 05/29/25 04:55 PM ET
Good answer. If I had unlimited time and resources, then it would be fun
VTHokie2000 05/29/25 05:11 PM ET
It's the history and pageantry that intrigues me. That
Big12 guy 05/29/25 05:23 PM ET
WRT who would want to visit State College, the most obvious answer is

Here is an example of per team view (Virginia Tech)
HokieAl 05/28/25 01:56 PM ET
It’s a fricking crime, we don’t play West Virginia every year!!!**
Stech 05/28/25 04:36 PM ET
The crime was when WVU was not invited to the ACC, and were

That's on Jim "Dame" Phillips, Notre Dame like UNC thinks they're below
Stech 05/28/25 10:28 PM ET
Ah see this is where the data gets interesting, finding the right filters
HokieAl 05/28/25 12:56 PM ET
Interesting indeed. **
Big12 guy 05/28/25 01:20 PM ET
You are missing the point.
RandomAsianGuy 05/28/25 12:32 PM ET
Bingo!!**
Stech 05/28/25 04:41 PM ET
Took me 30 seconds to find a comparison of the
Big12 guy 05/28/25 12:43 PM ET
You have to be careful in looking at data like that.
HokieAl 05/28/25 01:23 PM ET
No doubt. I have no way
Big12 guy 05/28/25 02:17 PM ET
Looks like the B12 games against OUT are still included in the B12 ratings.
RandomAsianGuy 05/28/25 12:55 PM ET
Wrong, this is AFTER the PAC implosion, and the addition of the PAC schools**
Big12 guy 05/28/25 01:19 PM ET
For now. **
Big12 guy 05/28/25 12:37 PM ET
UT and OU are included on this chart

Thus, leaving those two...
The_VT_Rock 05/28/25 07:56 AM ET
Yep. I can show the effect of playing the brand schools
HokieAl 05/28/25 08:20 AM ET
Here is the answer key
HokieAl 05/27/25 06:04 PM ET
Notice Miami is in the group with VT and Loserville.
EDGEMAN 05/28/25 08:02 AM ET
I am curious to see how UM and VT look more recently
HokieAl 05/28/25 08:30 AM ET
Yeah but VT fans still want to watch mediocre teams based on attendance.
IB4TECH 05/28/25 08:04 PM ET
I think VT fans are more like parents supporting kids at a school play
HokieAl 05/28/25 08:29 PM ET
The ACC tiers are:
