I think VTHokie2000 is right. If you were to ask any of the former SWC

schools, they would all say their biggest rivalry in their history is Texas, with the exception of Tech, who would say A&M. All of the other rivalries are secondary. The statue on campus of Will rogers is placed exactly so the horses ass is pointed to the A&M campus. ** Edited by Big12 guy at 9/25/2024, 9:55:34 PM

I'd be happy with Baylor in the ACC
HOO86 09/25/24 07:48 PM ET
ACC may not need TCU, but does the ACC NEED spirited rivalries and more
VTHokie2000 09/25/24 08:10 PM ET
Yes. We need rivalries.
HOO86 09/25/24 08:16 PM ET
I get wanting members in other parts of Texas. However, SMU's rivalries
VTHokie2000 09/25/24 08:27 PM ET

HOO86 09/25/24 08:41 PM ET
In terms of primary rivalries within the state of TX, I think the list

I get the desire to have a member physically located in Houston and I don't
VTHokie2000 09/25/24 09:57 PM ET
I think VTHokie2000 is right. If you were to ask any of the former SWC
Big12 guy 09/25/24 09:52 PM ET
Which is why the ACC should probably focus on the more passionate secondary
VTHokie2000 09/25/24 10:02 PM ET
The private schools (cough) BYU (oh my it is really dusty on this board)
