There is nothing out there that i have read to substantiate your assertion that the B12 was a willing shill, other than your opinion. Maybe there is another opinion out there similar to yours? A link to collaborate would certainly be appreciated, but we know what is going on here. Thing is, best case scenario, is that the ACC survives with their contract until 2036, and VT somehow gets some of that uneven distributions they are throwing around. Otherwise, by the time 2036 comes around, the B12 will have a different contract in 2031, and I have no doubt, at least from your perspective, it will be way over inflated, artificially of course.
