It's called a contingent contract. If you vote "YES" to disband and

dissolution occurs, we will pay you X dollars for the next X years. I'm not saying it IS going to happen, but it isn't as big a gap as people are suggesting. In that case, a school could get paid without the ACC staying intact, even though it voted YES to dissolve.
