Definitely. But I don’t think they need to be in the same conference

Just on equal footing financially. Money-wise there’s not very much separating the SEC from the B1G.

If ND won’t add a 6th game, don’t expand, and the Mag 7+1 should leave.

Which conference do you see Carolina in the future?
Millpoint 08/10/23 05:20 AM ET
Probably the B1G, but personally I'd prefer UNC to be in the SEC
tarheelblue 08/10/23 12:19 PM ET
Their admins would want the B1G, easily.
hokieZ71 08/10/23 07:47 AM ET
Thankfully North Carolina and virginia have the same issue
Hokie1992 08/10/23 07:34 AM ET
NC State and VT would have to have a home in the SEC first.
hokieZ71 08/10/23 07:48 AM ET
Right on. Or would the SEC take UNC and NC state
Hokie1992 08/10/23 07:54 AM ET
Controlling an entire state a plus. But UNC/UVA seem to be a package.
hokieZ71 08/10/23 07:58 AM ET
But UVa/VT and UNC/NC State are packages too according to their states
Hokie1992 08/10/23 08:28 AM ET
Definitely. But I don’t think they need to be in the same conference
hokieZ71 08/10/23 08:57 AM ET
I don’t believe the same dynamics play in this round. UVA and state pols
