I get your point. And I don't dispute any claims about FSU or Texas

having a history of bad decisions. That's looking backward. FSU is looking into the future. They are troubled by what they see, rightly so. I expect them to challenge the GoR. The article mentions that they consulted multiple law firms. Sounds like they kept running into "no" but searched until they found a "maybe." For the record, I don't see how a school beats the GoR. I have gamed it out more than most message board observers. It ends badly. But I think they are going forward with the gamble.
