Is Johns Hopkins interested in competing at the DI level for all sports?

Right now Johns Hopkins has a pretty sweet gig since all of its sports, except for men's lacrosse, compete at the DIII level. Given all the changes that are taking place within the NCAA right now, I can't think of a great reason why a DII or DIII school would want to move up to the DI level right now. Particularly when you consider the additional cost that the move would create for football and basketball which according to the DI bylaws are required to be played at the DI level if a school wants to be classified as a DI school. If a school is considering a move to DI, then it may be best to wait until the dust settles before making that decision.
