Comcast is spinning off their cable networks
USA, E!, MSNOW(formerly MSNBC), CNBC, Golf Channel, SyFy, and Oxygen wii all part be of the new company. Any sports media rights that NBC had will remain with NBC while any new media rights that USA Sports buys will be the property of Versant.
However, there are some media rights that are currently shared by Comcast and Versant, and those will remain shared. Those include NASCAR, WNBA, the Olympics, and USGA events.
