I don't think so. They have a relationship and receive a LOT

of media money. That money is not being paid for scheduling MAC schools, even though they do from time to time. Last I checked, every school in power conferences schedule that cupcake. The rule of thumb for power FBS schools has been to schedule on easy opponent, one medium, and one big game before the conference schedule starts. You also have to consider that ND schedules on and ones with the power schools, these are not buy home games. Sometimes the schedule seems like an easy one, but with these schedules put out years, through the 2030's, there is no guarantee the schedule will be easy, or hard. I dismiss that they are "gaming" the system. What they have done though, is set themselves up that if they win 10 games, they are in the playoffs. Can't say that about B12 schools, or most ACC schools for that matter. Having them a part of the ACC is one of the main reasons you guys have the media deal you have.
